Reservation and cancellation policy.
Booking inquiries:
a) must be received in writing by fax (+39.070.305413) or email until 5 days before the arrival; b) must be guaranteed by advance deposit amounting to 30% of the rate for entire stay; c) must authorize the hotel to charge advance deposit and possible penalty to credit card (MasterCard/VISA circuit).
2) Reservations must be confirmed by the hotel by fax or email after the payment of advance deposit.
3) In case of no payment of advance deposit, booking enquires will be invalid.
Cancellations and reimbursements.
a) Cancellations must be received in writting by fax (+39.070.305413) or email (contact).
b) Any early departure will be considered a cancellation.
c) Cancellation fees:
- up to 7 days prior to arrival date, advance deposit will be refunded and no charges will apply;
- from 6 to 2 days prior to arrival date, advance deposit will not be refunded.
- from 1 day prior to arrival date or, in the case of no show, advance deposit will not be refunded and fee charged to credit card up 30% of entire stay booked.
d) Penalties for cancellations will be transformed into credits for stays at the Hotel Panorama within six month of cancellation, in accordance with the applicable rates at the moment of reservation.
